All patrons must FIRST go through a health screening/clearance by the MAF Medical Clinic.

Please note there is limited availability for visits each week.
2. New gym patrons must complete a gym orientation.
3. Once you have been cleared by the MAF Clinic and completed the gym orientation (if necessary) then you or your company representative may submit the NAMS request to gain access.
Please note that clearance is only given for a year.
4. As an additional reminder, every patron accessing the gym must badge in regardless if you are entering the gym at the same time as someone else.
