Robert Loper (ST13) participated in the 21st Conference on Space Weather at the American Meteorological Society 104th Annual Meeting in Baltimore, MD, 28 January – 1 February. Robert Loper co-chaired with Yaireska Collado-Vega (GSFC/M2M) the session, “Space Weather and Human Exploration of Space: to the Moon, Mars, and Beyond,” and authored the poster, “Attenuation of Solar Energetic Particles by Wave-Particle Interaction with an Ion Thruster Plume.”
