The IMPACT Outreach and Communications team focuses on guiding IMPACT team members in presenting and sharing project wins and outcomes. Three team members were invited to share their work and communication perspectives with interns within the NASA DEVELOP Applied Sciences group at MSFC on 3/22/23. The 30-minute panel session included IMPACT team members discussing their educational and professional backgrounds with special emphasis on how each prepared for a career in science communication. The team members also learned more about the DEVELOP intern’s current research and future research plans. Poster tips and guidance were shared to help improve the upcoming DEVELOP poster presentations (3/30/23). All participants felt this cross-organization collaboration was a great success and should be repeated.
