Under the leadership of Helen Parache and Aaron Kaulfus (ST11), and technical direction from Abdelhak Marouane, in mid-March the CSDA DMT incorporated the use of a graphical user interface hosted in Amazon Web Services to help streamline Maxar data ordering and end-user delivery. The use of a GUI within the cloud reduces cost and time associated with transferring data in and out of the cloud, improving the workflow for acquisition of Maxar data not available in the current archive, and delivery to NASA-funded researchers.
