Presentations at the International Conference on Planets, Exoplanets, and Habitability

The conference was held in Ahmedabad, India from 2/5-9/24. Alka Rani (ST13) delivered an oral presentation during the conference, elucidating the evolutionary dynamics of the Martian interior through surficial geochemical analyses of secular volcanism. The presentation, “Evolution of Martian Volcanism and Lithosphere: Geochemical Insights from Noachian to Amazonian Volcanic Terrains” was delivered in person. {Co-authors: Amit Basu Sarbadhikari1, Yash Srivastava1, Lujendra Ojha2, Heidi Fuqua Haviland3, and Suniti Karunatillake4; (1Physical Research Laboratory, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, India; 2Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ, USA; 3NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL, USA; and 4Department of Geology and Geophysics, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA, USA)}.

Furthermore, Rani collaborated with Amit Basu Sarbadhikari at the Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad, India. This collaborative effort focused on deliberations and finalizations concerning various bulk silicate models of Mars, which serve as fundamental inputs for ongoing research work.
