SERVIR Science Coordination Office Participates in Forest Data Partnership Sessions at World Resources Institute (WRI) Land & Carbon Land Summit

Jacob Abramowitz attended the World Resources Institute (WRI) Land & Carbon Lab Summit, held 6/27-29/23 in Brussels, Belgium, to represent SERVIR as a core member of the Forest Data Partnership, which aims to halt and reverse forest loss from commodity production by collaboratively improving global monitoring and supply chain tracking and accelerating restoration. He was a moderator and speaker in sessions related to the Forest Data Partnership within the conference's "Conversion-Free Supply Chains" theme, and met with other core members, including USAID, U.S. State Department, WRI, UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Unilever, and Google.
