Airborne Data Management Group Achievements Featured in Earthdata Article

A recent article published on earthdata.nasa.gov highlighted the importance of NASA’s airborne datasets and how the Airborne Data Management Group (ADMG) fosters the long-term accessibility and usability of this data. ADMG lead Stephanie Wingo was interviewed for the article and described the unique value airborne data brings to Earth science research efforts. She also shared details about the team’s recent historical airborne data rescue efforts and their progress in developing the Catalog of Archived Suborbital Earth Science Investigations (CASEI), a search and discovery interface for airborne and field campaign data that extends the basic functionality of Earthdata Search.
