MSFC hosted the Leadership of SMD’s Planetary Science Division (PSD) on Tuesday & Wednesday, July 18-19. PSD staff visiting MSFC included Lori Glaze, the Division Director; Joan Salute, the Associate Director for Flight Programs; Stephen Rinehart, director of the Planetary Research Program; and Shoshana Weider, Executive Scientist and Program Officer. Glaze’s team met with Marshall’s Planetary Science ISFM team, the TOPS Program team, PMPO, the MAV team, and the DSNE & GRAM project teams, as well as meeting with ST10 leadership. Glaze presented a Town Hall about the Planetary Science Division’s current portfolio and outlook for the near future; had lunch with a group of Early Career employees at MSFC; and toured several labs and facilities supporting planetary science at MSFC.
