Alphonse Sterling (ST13) is lead author on a paper to appear in The Astrophysical Journal entitled: “Inconspicuous Solar Polar Coronal X-ray Jets as the Source of Conspicuous Hinode/EUV Imaging Spectrometer (EIS) Doppler Outflows.” This paper also includes as co-authors Dr. Ronald Moore of UAH; and Dr. Navdeep Panesar, a past MSFC NPP postdoctoral recipient now working at Lockheed Martin in Palo Alto, CA.
