The Advanced Neutron Spectrometer Relocated to USLAB Node

The Advanced Neutron Spectrometer on the ISS (ANS-ISS) completed neutron measurements in Node2 and was relocated to the USLab. Operations in the USLab will continue through May 2023. These operations will complete the primary and secondary objectives of this TechDemo and ANS-ISS will be stowed until further notice.  The ANS-ISS has been operating on the ISS since December 2016 and is one element of the AES/RadWorks project to mature radiation sensors for future crewed exploration missions. RadWorks is led by JSC and supported by LaRC and MSFC.
