SERVIR Science Coordination Office’s (SCO’S) Africa Flores-Anderson Participates on Gender and Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) Round Table

Africa Flores-Anderson, (ST11) NASA-SERVIR Land Cover Land Use Change & Ecosystems Theme Lead, participated at the L’Oreal United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Foundation event for Women in Science Festival, where she was one of the scientists in the round table: “Advancing women in STEM all around the world.” Gender equality in STEM was discussed, including current issues and potential solutions.
