The Hinode satellite captured a beautiful sequence of images as the moon passed four times between the spacecraft and the Sun on 6/10/21. Its X-Ray Telescope (XRT) observes the atmosphere of the full Sun and features high temperature active regions that are eclipsed by the moon both partially and almost fully annular.
