On February 21, 2022, Chandra resumed a full schedule of science observations with its primary instrument, the Advanced CCD Imaging Spectrometer (ACIS). This followed the intentional safing of science instruments on February 9th due to an anomaly which indicated a power supply problem in the spacecraft's High-Resolution Camera (HRC). HRC remains in safe mode while the Chandra HRC team continues its investigation of the anomaly and planning to collect additional diagnostic data. ACIS and the spacecraft itself are operating normally
