The Brazilian Technical Institute for Aeronautics (ITA) started the integration of the SPORT flight unit. They are testing Attitude Determination and Control System (ADCS) software utilizing the engineering model (EM). The issue of dropping instrument data packets has been resolved. Software v2.0 development is continuing. They are performing pre-tests on the VHF/UHF link, to perform end-to-end tests at Natal/Rio Grande do Norte ground station (SPORT command and Control). ITA is working with the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) to define the baselines and procedures for SPORT operations in orbit.
