The update to the graphical user interface (GUI) software of the X-ray and Cryogenic Facility has been completed. This activity to replace the outdated GUI screen ware has been in progress on-site by Alabama Controls, Inc. and ST15 personnel since early April this year. A two-week facility operation to verify the proper functionality of all field device commands, feedback, and data displays on the screenware was completed last week. Punch list items are in work and are scheduled to be checked out during the next planned facility operation in late September.
