The Interagency Implementation and Advanced Concepts Team (IMPACT) has established a space act agreement (SAA) with Microsoft. The umbrella and annex agreements allow NASA and Microsoft to collaborate on common research problems addressing data discovery, access and use challenges specifically related to large volumes of NASA science data.
