MSFC Judge for STEM High School Mission Concept Competition

Linda Krause (ST13) participated as a judge for the virtual STEM event called the Innovative System Project for the Increased Recruitment of Emerging STEM Students (InSPIRESS).  The competition is for teams of high school students to 1) develop a conceptual scientific payloads for planetary science missions, and 2) develop and conduct activities that engage the community related to their conceptual missions.  This year, even though the event was virtual, there were still five divisions with four or five teams per division.  Special thanks to Pratik Bhardwaj, Research Engineer of the University of Alabama, Huntsville, for his dedication and expertise in overcoming the numerous challenges of leading this effort in a virtual environment.
